Please follow the following steps to make a purchase that will be delivered to your door:

1. Add your selected item to your cart.​

2. On the top right-hand corner you can then view your cart.

3. In your cart you will insert your shipping details.

4. Proceed to checkout.

5. Purchase your select item safely on our website through Paygate or MobiCred.​

6. Receive your shipping details, track your parcel while you sit tight.

You can remove the product from your cart. If you have already gone through all the steps and you’re waiting for your order to arrive, please email support@finelinejewellers.co.za to cancel with your order number as the subject.

Once you make a purchase and have entered all your details, you automatically get an account.

Alternatively, you can go to ‘My Account’ located in the footer (bottom of every page) and create yourself an account. This can be useful to add to your wishlist should you not be ready to purchase just yet.

All watches come with a 2 year international warranty. You can take the watch to any official Fossil Stockist anywhere in the world. Please keep your watch box and booklet safe to redeem your warranty.

When adding your shipping details you’ll be given the choice of Economy (2-4 working days), Next day delivery and Same day delivery. Please note each option has a different charge and will be dependent on the times and days of the order.
